IvKoff Store is an online shop operated by Ivan Kovalyov, based in Warsaw, Poland. We sell sticker packs and planners. For any privacy-related questions you can reach us at contact@ivkoff.store.

• Account & order data — name, email address, shipping address, and order history when you make a purchase.
• Payment data — card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Newsletter data — your email address if you subscribe to our mailing list.
• Usage data — pages visited, browser type, and device information collected automatically via cookies.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To fulfil and ship your orders.
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To send our newsletter if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe any time).
• To improve the store experience through anonymised analytics.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your shopping cart working and to remember your session. We also use anonymised analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. • Stripe — payment processing. Your card data is handled entirely by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
• Vercel — our hosting provider. Server logs may include your IP address for security purposes.
• Google Fonts / OpenStreetMap — fonts and map tiles loaded from third-party CDNs.

6. Data Retention

Order and account data is retained for 5 years to meet Polish tax and accounting requirements. Newsletter subscribers' emails are kept until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).
