What products do you sell?
IvKoff Store sells digital products only — PNG sticker packs and a Medieval Dragon Month Planner in high-resolution PNG format. Everything is a digital download; no physical items are produced or shipped.
What do I receive after purchase?
After a successful payment you will receive a download link via email containing your PNG file(s). All assets are high-resolution and ready to use in Notion, Figma, print-at-home services, or any app that supports PNG images.
How quickly will I get my files?
Delivery is instant — your download link is sent automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed. There is no waiting period and no shipping involved.
Can I use the files on any device or platform?
Yes. Because everything is a standard PNG file, you can open and use it on any operating system, tablet, or phone. There are no region restrictions and nothing to install.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are securely processed through Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
Because the files are delivered digitally and instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If you have a technical problem accessing your files, email us at contact@ivkoff.store and we will sort it out.
What if I lose access to my download link?
Just email us at contact@ivkoff.store with your order details and we will resend the link. We recommend saving your files to cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) right after downloading.
